I am going to make a wild guess here and say that in dramatic fashion it will be announced today that the Harrison will start construction.Henry will take a bow and in the next few weeks announce that the old Omnisource land will have a new downtown project built on it as beneficiary of the I&M settlement money.Which would make this whole thing quite contrived.Stay tuned
