Is there a site where I can read the changes being made to the permitting process?

I am curious just what "streamlining" means.

I am always concerned about the impact new developments have on the environment, in particular, in the area of decreasing area land surface, which in turn increases flooding potential.

We should not rush to approve changes to the permitting process simply because those who would benefit exert pressure to do so - especially if the changes are harmful to the environment.
