It truly is a beautiful home. I live just a block south of this home and it is very well kept and updated. It is located on the boulevard in the Historic Southwood Park neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for a better location, with St. Johns being located just 1 block east and Foster Park a couple blocks west. I have lived in this addition since 2003 and had no idea 4518 S. Wayne use to be the former residence of the Mayor.

And just a block North is the burnt out Taylor dorm and some crack houses.
