I think the whole waste transfer station issue and its relationship to the bid presented to council this week was way too much for our local media to process. As it was, it was interesting that some media outlets reported the contract was awarded to Serv-all and some said it was rejected. The idea of separating collection from disposal was confusing enough for some.
