Mitch - the type of cable barriers like Indiana has installed on I-69 close to Indianapolis would not be able to stop a semi , but I also feel they should be installed on ALL interstates without concrete barriers.

In addition to cable barriers to block vehicles from crossing the medians into oncoming traffic, I'd like to see vegetation barriers tall enough to block oncoming headlights at night, especially where medians are narrow. That would improve visibility and make it easier to see hazards in the road ahead.
