A few years back, I believe it was Tim Pape that mentioned about going through the ENTIRE ORDINANCE BOOK and amend those which needed amending, while dropping those that were non sequitor.
This was during the truck re-routing out west.
Never heard anything further about ordinances since then, except more "new" ones.

Perhaps you can make more headway here.
It would appear you've got a darn good start.

You often bring up points/issues more pertinent than all the other council members combined...and that is so refreshing to see.
Keep up the good work.
