Interesting, GM gives their employees a paid vacation because it fits in their business model. Meaning we will pay you for taking time-off during this period of time.

How fortunate. I would love to see other business' provide vacation time allowed either when they need to have you take it or when you can take vacation.

More and more it's you have vacation time... just try to fit it.
