Fort Wayne needs a rich spectrum of voices and viewpoints across many media platforms.
EXPIRED is a new, quarterly, online magazine that has just published its first issue.
It displays fresh graphics, photography and subject matter that is not fully represented in existing media. FWOb welcomes the new publication.
It is available online for download as a PDF. In addition to the magazine, the site offers music and video as well. Click on the "Propaganda" link once you are on the Expired website, then click on "Video" to see a different perspective on Fort Wayne by Eric Stine and Daniel Dienelt.
The magazine is produced by Eric Stine (art direction and design), Daniel Dienelt (photography/writing/design), and Julie Morrison (writing/promotion/marketing).
Excerpts from the Expired introduction page:
Expired Magazine is officially on the set to wreak havoc over the digital airwaves.
Doing our best to rise up against the established norm, we boldly chart a course into new territory, pushing boundaries, and testing limits the whole damned way.
The first issue has stories such as these: "Pringlz and the Fort Wayne Hip-Hop Dance Studio," "The fearless skate or die at Lawton Park," and "The continuing evolution of Convolution Records."
Thanks for the support!

I guess if it serves a purpose, more power to them. Another voice can only be good....I just wonder if anyone is listening to what the voice says?
