Robert Pence

It's encouraging to see that people who are up to date on concepts of viable communities, and who are willing to tackle the changes that we have to make, are moving into Allen County's and Fort Wayne's leadership positions.

The "This is the way we've always done it" mindset is still pretty well entrenched locally, but I'm guardedly optimistic that its power and influence may be fading with the passing of a generation or two. Nelson Peters evidently has a good grasp of how we achieved our hard-won stagnation, and what we need to do to break out of it.

Bobett Kelley

Is this an endorsement for Nelson Peters?

Ed. note: Mr. Gotsch also interviewed Mr. Kelty. That interview will be available shortly.
