Masson's Blog advises a coalition of large counties is forming to battle the power of rural counties in the Indiana legislature.

Not all larger counties have joined.

Lake (pop. 490,000), Porter (154,000), and LaPorte (109,000) Counties are conspicuously absent from this coalition for some reason.
