The Allen County Council just voted 4 -3 to increase the wheel tax.
Members Darren Vogt, Paula Hughes, and Paul Moss voted against. Members Maye Johnson, Bob Armstrong, Larry Brown and Roy Buskirk voted for the tax increase. =
