Former Controller: "transaction does look very odd"

FWOb received this comment this morning on the High Performance Government contract:

As a former Fort Wayne City Controller (1989-1995), I have to say, all political issues aside, that the transaction does look very odd on the surface. It will be interesting to see how the State Board of Accounts views the issue.

I can hear Pat Roller saying, " The BOA is just educating the public" with whatever their comments will be - a la her last audit by the BOA. And, for some reason, the BOA is afraid of the Fort Wayne City Government.
