Official start of 3 day St. Patrick's celebration at the Deer Park

Proprietor Tony Henry draws the first green beer of 2008 at the Deer Park Pub at Leesburg and Spring Street in Fort Wayne.

The solemn ceremonial tapping of the keg took place at 7 PM on Saturday to kick off the three day celebration of St. Patrick's Day.  On Sunday the pub will feature live music.  Monday is capped off by the Shamrock Sprint at 5:15 PM and the World's Shortest St. Patrick's Day Parade at 5:30 PM.

Monday begins with green glazed donuts and Irish coffee at 8 AM.
