Bill No. S-08-02-03 - AN ORDINANCE approving the awarding of RFP #2765 - ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR STREET TREE PRUNING by the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, by and through its Department of Purchasing and MUDRACK TREE SERVICE for the PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT.
Bill Number 2S-08-02-05 - AN ORDINANCE approvving the awarding of ANNUAL FUNDING COMMITTMENT FOR THE FORT WAYNE ALLEN COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE by the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, by and through its Department of Economic Development.
Bill Number S-08-02-12 - AN ORDINANCE approving the awarding of EXTENSION OF I.T.B. NO. 2138 (2005) and 2388 (2006) AND AWARD OF I.T.B. NO. 2756 (2007) - PURCHASE OF PASSENGER VEHICLES AND POLICE VEHICLES by the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, by and through its Department of Purchasing and KELLEY CHEVROLET, DIMENSION FORD AND DEHAVEN CHEVROLET for the Police Department and various other Departments.
Bill Number S-08-02-13 - AN ORDINANCE approving grants to be funded from the Cable TV FUND.
Bill Number S-08-02-14 - AN ORDINANCE approving the one year extension of THE CONTRACT WITH AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES (ACS) by the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, by and through its Department of Purchasing for the CITY OF FORT WAYNE.
BILL Number R-08-02-02 - A Resolution approving Resolution 2008-05 by the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission, adopted January 31, 2008, for the Lease of 2.65 acres of land owned by the Norfolk Southern Railway.
The following resolution concerns proposed property tax abatement for the condominium/multi-use building to be constructed as part of the Harrison Square:
Bill Number R-08-02-07 - A CONFIRMING RESOLUTION designating an "Economic Revitalization Area" under ID 6-1.1-12.1 for property commonly known as 301 West Jefferson Boulevard, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802 (Barry Real Estate). Public hearing to be held before Fort Wayne Common Council on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2008 at 5:30 PM.
